pub770 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the pub770 website (pub770.org), all subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and all services, games, and features made available thereunder.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered on pub770 that enables access to real-money games, the pub770 wallet, and all platform features.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers an Account or accesses the pub770 Platform.
• "Wallet" or "pub770 Wallet" means the in-platform balance account denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) that holds a Player's deposited funds and winnings.
• "Eligible Game" means any game, event, or betting market made available on the pub770 Platform on which real-money wagers may be placed.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering law before full withdrawal access is granted.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by pub770 that are subject to separate wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national gaming regulatory authority of the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Effective Date" means January 1, 2026, being the date from which the current version of these Terms applies.

By completing the pub770 registration process, checking the acceptance box during registration, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you irrevocably confirm that you:

1. Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full;
2. Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
3. Are legally permitted to participate in real-money online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
4. Are not acting on behalf of another person or entity;
5. Are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a pub770 employee or affiliated company;
6. Agree to be bound by these Terms, the pub770 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms published on the Platform.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and pub770 relating to your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

To be eligible to hold a pub770 Account and place real-money wagers, you must at all times satisfy the following requirements:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporations, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts);
• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law at the time of accessing the Platform;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued through pub770 or any other PAGCOR-licensed operator;
• Possess a valid Philippine government-issued identification document capable of satisfying KYC verification requirements;
• Not be listed on any applicable sanctions, financial crime, or problem gambling exclusion registers.

pub770 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under twenty-one (21) years of age will be suspended immediately, all transactions will be reversed or reported to the appropriate authorities, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the pub770 Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name (Globe, Smart, DITO, or other Philippine networks);
• A valid email address that you control;
• Your date of birth;
• A secure password meeting pub770's minimum complexity requirements.

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's license, passport, Postal ID, and voter's ID. Additional documentation may be required for high-value accounts or as mandated by applicable Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.

pub770 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that remain unverified for a period of ninety (90) days from registration may be closed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pub770 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) where offered as an additional security measure;
• Notify pub770 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices;
• Ensure that your registered mobile number and email address remain current and accessible.

pub770 will never request your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to pub770 immediately. pub770 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the unauthorized access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

pub770 may lock an Account after five (5) consecutive failed login attempts as a fraud prevention measure. Accounts locked in this manner may be unlocked via the self-service password reset process or by contacting the 24/7 support team.

pub770 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform. The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions:

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pub770 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources. All amounts are in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. pub770 may place a security hold on withdrawals pending additional verification in accordance with AMLA requirements, particularly for withdrawals above applicable thresholds. Processing times stated represent standard conditions and may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

pub770 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond pub770's control.

pub770 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives ("Bonus Offers") from time to time. All Bonus Offers are subject to the following general conditions unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms:

• Each Bonus Offer is available to eligible players only and may not be combined with other active offers unless expressly permitted;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") as specified in the promotion terms — Bonus Funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion — Bonus Funds expire upon the end of the validity period if requirements are not met;
• pub770 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds if pub770 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is exploiting bonus terms, engaging in arbitrage strategies, or manipulating the bonus system in bad faith;
• Players who self-exclude or have their accounts restricted for compliance reasons shall not be entitled to claim or retain any Bonus Funds;
• Real-money funds and Bonus Funds are held separately in the pub770 Wallet interface; real-money funds are always wagered first unless a Player explicitly selects otherwise.

pub770 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Bonus Offer at any time with notice to affected players. Abuse of the bonus system, including multi-accounting for bonus purposes, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

All games available on the pub770 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics overseen by qualified studio operators. The following rules govern all gameplay:

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel before wagering commences;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and may vary by game type, player tier, and applicable table;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pub770 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and potential referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Using the Platform if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age or registering on behalf of an underage individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, mathematical errors, or system vulnerabilities;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity in violation of the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or systematically scrape Platform content or software;
• Accessing the Platform via VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

pub770 is committed to responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements. The following tools are available to all registered Players through their Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the Player and applied immediately upon setting;
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly loss caps to restrict exposure;
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic logout after a specified period of active gameplay;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 30 days at the Player's request;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion, applied immediately at the login level and irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

Requests to reduce an existing limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a cooling-off period before the new limit is applied, in order to protect Players from impulsive decisions. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

All content on the pub770 Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the property of pub770 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable international treaties.

pub770 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from pub770;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content or software;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use pub770's trademarks, trade names, or service marks without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub770's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of net deposits made by you to your pub770 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub770 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in Platform services beyond pub770's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with account security obligations;
• Any reliance placed on information, tips, or predictions provided by third parties in connection with pub770 games or betting markets;
• Acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pub770's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

pub770 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via:

• An in-platform notification displayed upon next login following the amendment;
• An email notification to your registered email address at least seven (7) days before material changes take effect (where practicable); and/or
• Publication of the updated Terms on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of the pub770 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not materially affect Player rights — may take effect immediately without prior notification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The pub770 Platform operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute between you and pub770 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting pub770's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to:

• PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism, in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for licensed operators; or
• The appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, which the parties irrevocably submit to for the purposes of any legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pub770 from seeking immediate injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or platform integrity.

pub770 is committed to resolving player concerns promptly and fairly. All formal complaints will be acknowledged within twenty-four (24) hours and investigated in accordance with pub770's internal complaints handling procedure. Players who remain dissatisfied after the internal resolution process may escalate to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight channels.
